No one, not even NRC can guarantee a Loan Modification or MSP (Mortgage Service Provider) workout. Especially since January 20, 2009 as the damn politicians have done almost everything in their power to direct the MSP's NOT to HELP Our Fellow Americans to save the homes that they were buying.

There IS a proposal to socialize America by RENTING the Foreclosed Homes to the previous home buyer. As of today July 28, 2009 (and Jan 2010) there is only talk. Just like the other obamination (see the best selling book by that name) "plan" that was 97% NOT helpful to ANY Home Buyer.

Expect the same treatment IF the bastards take over making medical decisions for YOU and YOUR Families Health Care!

Expect to pay $ 1600 a year more just for Electricity if the BS "Cap and Trade" passes. The demo-rats Congress already did! CALL THEM, email them AND Fax them - the Chinese PAY others to do so. "Community Organizers" do the same! WAKE UP!

The reason for the Mortgage and political problems? YOU and I. Ask yourself; "what have I done to make America a better place?"

Oh and do not think this is only a demo-rat problem - they proved that they (Wilson, FDR, Carter, obamination) ARE a 90 MPH train wreck, the Republic-rats proved to be a 10 MPH train wreck, when they were is charge. By the way, we in the USA live in a Republic, NOT a Democracy (mob rule). The idiot in the White House has said; "the United States Constitution is too restrictive (to the President) he's going to CHANGE that"! Just like Adolf Hitler - he promised "change" - and delivered! No one likes fascism (more government) this defines the current party and president - doesn't it?
