NRC now has volunteer personnel to assist Home Buyers in almost ALL States (most counseling is Free and is done through the phone bank)! Additionally we have many paid Counselors available in virtually all of the Continental United States, should you want onsite assistance. Usually NRC provides all of the assistance that you will need by Phone. We are a 501C3 Publicly Supported Charity there is no charge.
