With the help of its affiliates, it has helped to put people into homes that they otherwise could not afford, and to keep thousands of homeowners in their homes by negotiating with lenders for the homeowners. In those worst case scenarios where the existing lender would not work with the homeowner we linked them to our team of lenders and investors, always looking for a "Win-Win" situation for the Lender and for the homeowner.
When Business and Lenders work with NRC, a True 501C3 Publicly Supported Charity, they are eligible for a Tax Deduction! And NRC helps them meet the CRA, COIN, FASB 157, mandated programs as well as with the normal Charitable Tax Deduction benefits!
WARNING: many are out there claiming to be for Stopping Foreclosures, when in fact, they want you to refinance or to do Credit Counseling, this does NOT help in the long run. And will in reality hurt the Homeowner. Be careful and work with Neighborhood Revitalization Committee, a True Charity.
