Brett C. Kahn, CFO, Neighborhood Revitalization Committee
Brett is very passionate about the right of all Americans to have the opportunity to own property and achieve the dream of homeownership, thus his involvement within NRC is a perfect fit.
Brett is also a working businessman who owns www.djbrett.com and works as a professional MC, DJ entertainer for special events for a very culturally diverse clientele. Brett serves as chapter leader of jbs.org that is an organization that helps our countrymen in a variety of charitable and educational works. He hosts regular educational meetings to educate the community about the principles of good citizenship.
Jill Elaine Henson, Secretary, Neighborhood Revitalization Committee
Jill serves as our resident family counselor. She has helped many Families through one of the most traumatic times in their lives, the risk of losing of the stability of the family home. As a mother of two, she helps families reduce the stress that often leads to lower grades for children, domestic violence, unemployment, poverty, etc., and her compassion and sincerity have been evident to all those Family Members who have been counseled by Her for NRC. Completed HUD's Loss Mitigation Certification Program.
Robert E. Burk, Board Member, Neighborhood Revitalization Committee
Robert has a degree in Public Administration from California Baptist University. He has the background how to assist local municipalities and how to keep neighborhoods strong and vibrant.
Robert is also social worker by trade, having over 7 years of experience in counseling individuals and families at their greatest time of stress and emotional turmoil. Robert has 10 years of management skills from both County Government (the largest County in the Continental United States) and from Goodwill Industries. He brings a wealth of Charitable knowledge to Neighborhood Revitalization Committee!
Robert is extremely generous with his time and has the spirit of charity and a giving personality. He is the embodiment of volunteerism and has a caring heart with an eye toward being "the good neighbor" to those around him in need. Robert thrives upon being able to help families into maintaining their homeownership status. Additionally assists new Families to become homeowners.
Pete F. Zullo, Esq. Consultant to Neighborhood Revitalization Committee
Pete has been a successful trial lawyer (at the State and Federal level) and litigator for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to NRC. Most recently, he serves as CEO of ALMA-Western Division and prior to that as the CEO of two other marketing companies. He has a legal, marketing, real estate, and loss mitigation background. He has served as counsel to large municipalities and has spent nearly 30 years helping counsel people in their time of greatest need.
Pete has helped organizations from startup company status to grow to over $400 million in gross sales. We at NRC is positive that when he formally joins the NRC Board, will help us grow, to enable NRC to help thousands more Families to be secure in their own Family Home!
His largest personal client in his law practice was McDonald’s Corporation, where he oversaw litigation in five states. Pete will be on the Board, starting the end of December 2007.
Pete will help Neighborhood Revitalization Committee grow to be able to help thousands of families share in the American Dream, while at the same time help financial institutions and corporations to benefit with their relationship with NRC!
Russ and Elvira Hunt, assists NRC with New Mexico Operations.
Russ and Elvira help Neighborhood Revitalization Committee with Homeowners at risk in the Mid West States. Russ has been friends with Lawrence for over 25 years. Elvira is married to Russ and works with the US Government on Computers. Both are very active in Emergency Radio Communications, as many more USA Citizens should be. Homeland Security is an important issue to ALL of us!
Jenni Stange, Consultant, Neighborhood Revitalization Committee Ventura, CA
Jenni is very compassionate about families and their homes. Having struggled to save her own, with her management skills and saviness for numbers, she has worked her own deal with her mortgage company. "Learning how to use my home to my own advantage has been a life saver. Ralph James, Founder of NRC was a great advisor and I learned so much from him about mortgages and refinancing."
Kathryn Segura, is an NRC volunteer in Studio City, CA that NRC was glad to help with her Home. Kathryn works with animals and owns PHDAnimals.com, she supplies and trains various Animals to Holywood. Shows like Indecent Proposal and Someting about Mary had two of her pet dogs in them.
Bryan and JoAnne Carn, both volunteer in North Carolina to help NRC.
Bob Etter, Las Vegas, Nevada, helps NRC's operations in Nevada
Dan C. Schultz, The CEO / Executive Director of a for profit Loss Mitigation Consortium, Inc. since 1986, located in Virginia and was a consultant to NRC.
